Hey Bruno, glad to see someone's so keen on working on the wiki documentation. I encourage you to stick with it, but I have a suggestion:

Make all the changes you'd like. If you think you're honestly making an improvement to whatever's currently online, don't let anything hold you back. Don't worry about e-mailing the qmail-ldap@ mailing list. If someone has a problem with the changes you've made, they can use the "Discussion" tab on the wiki to suggest "no, I think it should be done this way instead", and then they can revert your changes to the old version. Or, you can present a valid argument as to why you changed things, and you can revert the changes BACK to the way you've set it up. All this to say, If people are keen on using the wiki, they will use the wiki to suggest different ways of presenting the documentation, not the mailing list, which is more of an "announcement" or "can someone solve this problem?" environment.
