Notes:

• Multiline.
• Needs to be present to make qmail-quotawarn work.
• Supports the %HEADER% magic similar to qmail-reply. The headers From:, Subject:, the content type headers and headers starting with X- can be set.
• The value of the To: header is forced to the recipient address.
• The %SUBJECT% magic of qmail-reply is not useful for a quotawarning and therefore disabled.
